The short version: the app does not phone home, and the site keeps one thing, the email you give it for the beta.

The app. Modchip runs on your Mac and sends nothing anywhere. Your songs, sounds and settings live in your home folder. There is no account, no telemetry and no crash reporting unless you choose to send us a file yourself.

The site. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The beta form stores the address you type and nothing else, so we can send you the first build. Write to hello@modchip.app to be taken off the list; the address is deleted when you ask.
